Cesar Zuniga, Esq.
Cesar is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey and United States District Court (Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York). Cesar received his bachelor's degree from Manhattan College in 2000 graduating magna cum laude. He attended Pace University School of Law in White Plains where he graduated in 2003 with honors. During law school, Cesar interned for a Federal District Court Judge in the Southern District of New York.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Zuniga practiced law at several insurance defense firms and general practice firms where he prepared and argued motions, conducted examinations under oath, conducted depositions, attended arbitrations, attended mediations, and conducted trials. He has represented clients in Civil Court, Landlord Tenant Court, Small Claims Court, Supreme Court, Family Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court and Federal District Court.

Concetta M. Rinaldi, Esq.
Concetta Rinaldi is licensed to practice law in New York State and United States District Court, Eastern District. Concetta graduated from New York University, completing her bachelor's degree on a 2.5 year tract, and graduated in 1998 with honors. She went on to attend St. John's University School of Law and graduated in 2003, being admitted to the bar shortly thereafter. Before entering private practice, Concetta worked at two general practice law firms, with a concentration in insurance defense and commercial litigation. Concetta is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the Women's Bar.
Concetta Rinaldi is a partner at the firm of Zuniga & Rinaldi. Ms. Rinaldi focuses her practice on insurance defense and specifically, no fault litigation, coverage issues, and insurance fraud defense. Over the years, Ms. Rinaldi has advised clients on pre-litigation matters, including coverage opinions, SIU investigations, and various fraud issues. She has conducted numerous Examinations Under Oath and has handled thousands of no fault cases from inception through resolution or trial. She also works closely with the client to assist in the expeditious resolution of litigation so as to avoid unnecessary litigation expenses while meeting the client’s underlying goals. Ms. Rinaldi routinely informs clients of new legislation and enactments that directly impact the clients’ cases.
